Above the law ?

Obviously this Rattlesnake fellow thinks he is above the law, let's see not only does he put peoples personal safety at risk by publishing private information, he also practices defamation by making unfounded comments and accusations and false statements, he blackmails people threatening to expose them if they don't put out for him, he publishes photographs of people without written consent and also likes to reprint copyright protected materials from some big name publishers without even giving credit to his source.

You see when the guy isn't able to come up with crap to fill the pathetic pages of his little blog, he plagiarizes copy written Material from the Toronto Star, The Ottawa Citizen, he doesn't even give them credit for their work?

Small potatoes sure, given all the other stuff he does. Just goes to show he thinks he's above the law and doesn't need to respect or observe the laws of the land. Yet the former pimp, and failed escort agency owner has taken his bizarre interpretation of the law into his own hands, even though prostitution; of which he accuses most of the subjects of his blog, is not illegal in Canada. However the crimes listed above, like plagiarism, defamation of character, slander copyright infringement are clearly against the law.

Mr. Rattlesnake should stop polluting the web with his crap and start familiarizing him self with the law and the terms and conditions of the newspapers where he steals content from.

He just doesn't get it

So upon discovering this blog Deepthroat, rattlesnake, dave, joy in ottawa, tdeem1,2,3... terry... you pick the name, well he decides to make one small revision to his silly blog. All the other delusional bullshit remains but he thought it best to update the story about the two women charged with robbing a local cab driver. And still he get's it wrong!

As was mentioned in this blog the charges were dropped. Which means the photos of the accused have to be retracted, but they weren't. For a guy who claims to be so tuned in it's funny that he didn't know the charges were dropped and even funnier that in his Edit To Add he got the facts wrong, again. This time accusing the cab driver of lying which is not the case.

It truly is amazing how little this guy knows, amazing! He can't get the basic facts straight which is why no one believes the crap on his blog.

So where's the details...

It's bad enough this guy is tarnishing the name of a girl who is now dead and defenseless, but he admits that his sources are rumors, and by posts like this one he's just adding to the rumour mill, instead of letting the poor girl rest in peace.

He claims to have a lot of information about this unfortunate situation ( I wonder if he went to the police with this "information") He also claimed he was going to follow up in a few days, well it's been a month and no new information has been posted...because he has none.

Contradictions of a sad man

The statement above from is a prime example of how much of a bipolar misogynist this guy is, comments like whore are degrading and meant to be demeaning, anyone who uses the term so casually in conversation obviously has issues.

It should be noted that when he operated all his failed agencies all of the girls were between 18-23 years old. The very same girls he accuses of being whores in the statement above.

Also the statement above claims that agencies place ads on reputable sites, that is true for the reputable agencies. All of his failed attempts at agencies advertised in the same place. Criagslist, he did also join TERB and CERB for free, to help promote his agencies. I wonder how much he charged these young girls for "advertising"

Condemnation

Here you see he has accused a local working girl of blackmailing clients and exposing them, of course he has no proof, but isn't interesting how he condemns her doing exactly what he does in his stupid little blog. He puts private and personal information out on the internet without the consent or in most cases knowledge of those involved. He accuses her of ruining the lives of her clients and their families, yet his silly blog has the potential to do the same ( if anyone actually reads it). I believe this is a classic case of the pot calling the kettle black.

Mr X (if he exists) and Mr Rattlesnake should also realize that publishing and uttering threats, is against the law, and chargeable under the criminal code of Canada.

I Never Ever Hired Her

Get a load of this guy, he says he never hired Heidi, yet as you can clearly see in his very blog he claims to have both hired her and fired her. How can you fire someone if you didn't hire them? Oh and while we are at, it if an agency is hiring girls that must make the agency the girls pimp. A true agency represents the girls and the escorts actually hire the agency. Apparently this girl that he didn't hire didn't give her pimp...er agency their cut. Wow. Funny how he claims to have nothing to do with any agencies but he clearly does, operating under the names tdeem1, gentlemens choice.... the list goes on.









Notice here in the screenshot from terb where he's shilling the very girl who supposedly "hired" Heidi. Cheyenne is the girl he blames for hiring Heidi, even though she was actually just another one of his girls. One of his girls that he threatened after she left the "agency" more on how he likes to scare girls later.

Safety ?

I wonder if the Rattlesnake guy realizes how he has jeopardized the personal safety and well being of those escorts he's outed ? He claims to be about good, when clearly his agenda is to burn those who've trusted him in the past only to be hurt and let down by his lies and delusions of grandeur. What good could come from publishing peoples names and addresses on the internet ? Is the object here to hurt people and put them in harms way ?

It's so funny to watch the two faced bipolar self appointed do-gooder as he slags the very people he once used to fraternize with when he was a client of street prostitutes. Its important to remember that he was a common john frequenting massage parlors in residential communities. He also tried to operate several escort agencies where he would drive the 'whores' as he calls them right in to these quiet residential communities so they could ply their trade, and of course he would take his cut... in cash or flesh. You can't have it both ways buddy. Perhaps he has reformed, good for him. But by his standards what he did is wrong and he has no ground to stand on to accuse others of wrong doing.
